Attorney Michael J. Eyre practices law in Long Beach and throughout Los Angeles County in the areas of personal injury, real estate and business litigation. In more than 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Eyre has handled nearly every phase of litigation, from client intake, legal research, and motion drafting through post-trial motions and appeals. Mr. Eyre's areas of expertise encompass general civil litigation, business litigation, insurance defense, real estate, and personal injury matters, including products liability, automobile and truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and industrial accidents.
As an avid cyclist who has both built and ridden bicycles, Mr. Eyre has a keen sense of the practical aspects of roadway accidents and products liability law, from manufacturing and design defects to road defects and other issues common to motor vehicle accidents and other injuries caused by another's negligence, carelessness, or reckless conduct. As Mr. Eyre says, "If it has wheels, I'm interested."
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Eyre shares his litigation expertise as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Litigation Procedures and Practice, Tort Law and Contract Law in the Business Division's Paralegal Studies program at Mt. San Antonio College, where he also sits on the Advisory Board to the Paralegal Studies Program and volunteers as a Mock Trial Coach.
